At Lagupres, we provide cleaning for heat exchangers, on the tube side, on site at the plant and in the wash zone, completely robotised and automated. As a result, we achieve a high level of safety, quality and efficiency.
Whether a heat exchanger is cleaned at the plant or in a wash area, it makes no difference to Lagupres. We have robots for the automated cleaning of exchangers, thereby preventing safety and/or quality incidents. Our company objective is 100% robotised cleaning of heat exchangers
Depending on the space conditions of where the work takes place, as well as the level of dirt and the type of waste, we have 2 execution systems: Using rotary lances, we can use 2 units simultaneously or flexible hoses with a maximum of 3 units working together. These systems eliminate the factor of worker fatigue and ensure constant and uniform work on all tubes. Automated work guarantees greater productivity, work quality and safety.
In December 2020, the Lagupres Group was selected as the winner of the second edition of the Wepioneer awards for its robotised exchanger cleaning project, awarded by Cepsa Spain.
