We are often not truly aware of the capacity of high-pressure water to solve the most complex problems that exist at any plant of any sector.
Lagupres’s Technical and R&D&i Department performs detailed studies of the equipment to be cleaned and of its main characteristics, as well as of the cleaning methods. The purpose is to offer the best execution procedure so that the work is done right.
Many factors come into play for this type of cleaning, and they must be considered for not only conducting an accurate study but also for correct execution. There are times when a differential analysis is enough and decisions can be made on site, but other times a detailed project must be drawn up, including 3D simulations to see the existing problems and anticipate solutions.

Hydrodemolition
At Lagupres we work on hydro demolition to remove concrete without damaging the reinforcement.
Ultra high pressure cleaning (UHP)

High pressure services
At Lagupres we can work at up to 1,000 bar with a flow rate of 285 lpm. To be able to perform the most complex jobs
Water jet cutting of metal
Cold cutting of all types of metals of up to 20 cm thick.
Stripping and cleaning of surfaces
Lagupres is able to strip all types of rust, paint, residue, epoxy resins, etc. adhered to base metals and leave the metal surface like new.
