Secados
El proceso de secado de equipos y tuberías es un proceso realizado mediante compresores de aire seco free-oil, con una salida de caudal de aire seco con un Punto de rocío de -35ºC. Gracias a la circulación del aire seco se permite el desplazamiento del agua hacia las purgas y la posterior absorción de la humedad existente.
El trabajo se controla en todo momento del proceso mediante mediciones de punto de rocío con un higrómetro, hasta que se alcanza el punto óptimo de secado.

Los secados son necesarios en funciones preoperacionales de equipos que no admiten restos de humedad por incompatibilidad con el producto de proceso.
Consideraciones del proceso de secado:
- Se realiza un estudio previo del equipo a tratar para diseñar el circuito que deberá seguir el aire seco garantizando la circulación por el 100% de la superficie y el secado de la misma.
- Según la necesidad del cliente, se podrá llegar al punto de rocío deseado.
- Al finalizar el proceso, el equipo queda completamente libre de agua y humedad.
